Biography
American Impressionist Clarence Weiss studied art at Woodbury College in California and at ACADEMIE JULIEN in Paris, France. Weiss developed a passion for pleine aire painting and has a distinctive impressionistic flair. Clarence painted on the shores of the Pacific and in the quaint streets and beautiful surrounding areas of Cambria. Clarence is no longer doing his beautiful artwork. Clarence passed in 2018. His works in many museums and private collections, but rarely comes up for sale on line.
