These very large, framed vintage tile scenes feature raised relief, moulded panels depicting the garden of Eden, with Adam and Eve each next to a tree with deer and birds. They make a stunning and very dramatic art statement.

MAKER
Knud Kyhn (Danish, 1880-1969) | Manufacturer: Royal Copenhagen (Denmark, 1775-present). A painter and sculptor, Kyhn worked intermittently for Royal Copenhagen and Bing and Grondahl factories, among others.

Signed and dated (lower right): 19 K/K 40 with three wavy lines for Royal Copenhagen. Paper label (edge).
