This large, highly decorative print depicts an atmospheric parisian city scene in the rain: haussmann-style architecture with illuminated windows, mist drifting across the square, and small figures carrying umbrellas.

“yamagata” is printed within the image border at the bottom. The frame also features a plaque reading “martin lawrence limited editions”, indicating an edition associated with martin lawrence (known as a publisher/gallery that distributed yamagata’s work internationally).
