It features a classic Victorian design with and ornate antique brass-=tone metal base and a matching double globe glass body. The lamp is primarily mad of white or creamy-toned milk glass with hand painted roses and yellow flowers. The upper globe is signed E. Maram. This is an electric version of and original oil lamp. It adds a highly decorative and nostalgic romantic touch to interior decor, often found in Victorian-themed or cottagecore settings. This lamp was likely a vintage reproduction made between 1940s and 1970s. See less

Item is beautiful and is in working condition. Some of these lamps light on the bottom and the top. When I tested this one I was able to get the upper light to light up as seen in the photos. I am not aware if there is a light on the base. Not sure it has room for a light.
