The designs for the silkscreen print series “Sequence” were created using the Golden Ratio - universal geometric principles yielding mathematical quantities with harmonious relationships. The cool blue strips applied as the final layer (inspired by painters tape on my wood sculptures in progress), appears to recede into the dark textured background.
I have deep regard for craftsmanship and reverence for my materials, reflected in simple compositions that evoke feelings of peace and balance.
