The object comes from Poland, was manufactured by Zakłady Pomocy Naukowej Biofiz in Częstochowa, and is used in technical education (designation: Basic School of Construction, Gdańsk-Oliwa). The model has been preserved in its complete, authentic form – with a visible working mechanism under a glass cover. An excellent example of 20th-century industrial educational design, valued today by both collectors and interior designers.
