Assen Peikov (Sofia, 1908 – Rome, 1973) was a Bulgarian sculptor known for his works, including the monumental statue of Leonardo da Vinci at Fiumicino Airport in Rome.
Peikov arrived in Italy in 1938 and worked in Rome, where he had a studio in Via Margutta.
At the end of the 1930s, he collaborated with the Marcantoni Ceramiche factory in Civita Castellana.
He was also a prolific portraitist, having sculpted more than 360 subjects by the 1950s.
