Wonderful Victorian lidded cheese server from 1877. The piece is made by Campbell & Jones in their signature beaded glass design. This is the "Dewdrop and Star' pattern which came out just after the centennial of the Declaration on Independence. The set includes a large 11-1/4" round dish with a star in the center, and a dramatic dome lid. It's incredible that both pieces have survived in such wonderful condition. A true treasure to use at your next party or just admire!
Overall dimensions are 11-1/4" diameter x 9" high.
Inside serving dome dimensions are 6" diameter x 4" high.
