This art deco piece is highly collectible with its inverted baluster form and fluted frosted glass.
The silhouette is unique. The ribbed frosted glass rests on a shaped cup base, on a domed paneled foot. It was manufactured in the first half of the 20th Century in America or Europe.
Lamp shade is not included.
