Really so many uses. Perfect for vanity and jewelry storage or would make a great small writing desk. There is so much storage, drawers, open shelves, double wired French doors with ample interior. We hand painted the entire piece with Annie Sloan Satin paint in Pure White. The finish is satin, not glossy and not matte. The drawer handles are all original bronzed finish in French style. The top center has a mirrored top that we replaced as old mirror was pretty damaged. We also wall papered the interior with a gorgeous French Provincial wall paper with hints of blue/green, beige and cream. So elegant! As are the legs, that are slightly curved. There are 5 drawers on the bottom desk section and 5 smaller drawers on the top portion of the unit with 2 sides of open storage each with one shelf. This is 2 separate pieces and the top sits on wood dowels. Strong and sturdy, clean and freshly painted. The wire doors do not close perfectly but they do stay closed. No broken sections etc. Overall height is 52", 45 wide and 22" deep from lower desk section to back. See less
