We found this chest of drawers in an old agricultural machinery workshop in belgium, which was around 150 years old. These chests were used there for all kinds of hardware. Due to the simple construction and the wood used, which bears various inscriptions, we suspect these chests were made during the war with what was available. We have fully restored this chest of drawers, cleaned them, and applied a layer of wax. The drawers have been thoroughly degreased and are usable. The internal dimensions of the drawers are: h 12.8 cm, w 13.4 cm, d 22 cm. A beautiful piece of industrial heritage with practical dimensions and a beautiful appearance. Perfect for an industrial interior, kitchen, or living room. See less
