19th Century Oil Portrait of Two Sisters With Their Dog c.1853
Outstanding antique oil portrait on wooden panel of two fashionably dressed sisters picking flowers as they walk their dog in a country setting. Buildings of the town can be seen far off in the distance. Housed in a lovely hand crafted gilded gesso frame.
Signed and dated lower right
Original oil on panel
Dimensions 16.5" wide x 21.5" high
The frame with the oval opening measures 25" wide x 29" high.
