This original pair of Cuboluce table lamps was designed in 1972 by Franco Bettonica and Mario Melocchi for Cini & … Read more This original pair of Cuboluce table lamps was designed in 1972 by Franco Bettonica and Mario Melocchi for Cini & Nils and features iconic Italian modernist cube forms in glossy black acrylic with the signature integrated hinge switch that turns the light on and off as the lid is opened and closed, with each lamp measuring 4 inches wide by 4 inches deep and 4.25 inches tall when closed. Both lamps are in proper working condition and include internal frosted bulbs, with one retaining its original European plug and an included adapter as shown, and the pair is in very good vintage condition with light surface scratches throughout, from normal use and handling and no chips or cracks.
