Various woods with exquisite grain throughout are consistent in this solid wood lidded wood box topped with a duck decoy. This is not your typical wood decoy. It is so much more! Not only is it beautiful, but functional as well. The smoothly carved duck sits atop a beveled edged lid. Brass gun casing at the the corner, enamel eyes along with a softly painted bill making it distinguishable. The box is banded with oxidized brass bands nailed to each corner. What a perfect piece for the one who loves to hunt, or for your perfect wooded cabin dwelling. I hope you'll make it a "keeper" of your home!
