These are heavy, … Read more This is a handsome set of 6 vintage Ralph Lauren for Henredon dining chairs from the 1990s. These are heavy, well made, and generously sized dining chairs. Fabric is worn, and would benefit from reupholstery.

The chairs are made of solid wood with tufted backs and seats upholstered in a classic Ralph Lauren tan houndstooth woven fabric and accented with aged brass nailhead trim. Square mahogany stained legs united by an H stretcher for added stability. Signed Ralph Lauren on the underside of the seats.

The 1990s era dining chairs are in good vintage condition. The chairs are extremely high quality, comfortable, and sturdy. The fabric has some stains on the seats and fraying to the fabric, especially on the back corners. The chairs would benefit from reupholstery. Wood legs are in excellent condition with light finish wear and one repaired crack on a back leg. Some verdigris patina on the nailhead trim. Each chair measures 24ʺ wide, 28ʺ deep, and 43.5ʺ tall with a 19” seat height. See less
