Eppers. It’s in the French Plein Air style, painted outside in Colorado. It depicts Pikes Peak in the Rocky Mountains. Eppers painted the landscape from the Northwest side of the mountain showing grazing low lands at the base of the mountain. He also used a Gustavian style with a simplified color palette with only the sparse evergreen trees in detail. It’s a stunning presentation.
