On the front … Read more A stunning patinated bronze sculpture of an albatross in flight by French artist Maximilien Louis Fiot (1886-1953). On the front signed M. Fiot; on the back is the foundry marking, "Susse Fres, Paris" and "Cire Perdue". This sculpture is beautiful and interesting from all angles an could easily be mounted and viewed in the round, or simply from the front. This is a bronze cast sculpture and therefore very heavy... around 50 pounds and will ship via a white glove shipper.
Condition commensurate with age and use. No major flaws.
