Charming antique original oil on board painting featuring an Italian Villa perched up on a hill overlooking the water with faint mountains in the distance. The artist (unsigned) skillfully uses texture and color to capture the rustic nature of the villa, which also creates a nice contrast between the dwelling and the surrounding grass and trees. Nicely framed in an elegant, yet understated burnished gold frame that compliments the artwork nicely!
