It is finely carved and detailed and this is Agate, not shell cameo. This comes out of the United Kingdom were there is more antique jewelry than the States. This piece is done is 14K Yellow Gold and measures 24 x 16 mm and it is surrounded in Oriental Pearls. and the length is 30mm and weight is 12.8 grams. This is a brooch and also a pendant on the back you can see a loop for a chain as well as a pin. It is also stamped 14K.
