This antique sterling silver baby spoon is the Old French pattern by Gorham Silver, introduced in 1905. The back of the spoon has the sterling marks--lion, anchor, letter G and the word "sterling," although they are quite small and a bit worn (see photo of back of spoon). This spoon polishes to a high shine (there are some reflections in the photos). Beautiful piece! Tiny light surface scratches are appropriate for the age of the spoon.
The spoon is 4.5 inches long.
This classic spoon presents beautifully and would make a wonderful baby gift.
