Hand hammered throughout, this large oval bowl rests on an oval base surrounded by grapes on the vine. There are four wreath-like hinged grape rings which act as handles when lifting the bowl. Hallmarked danish silver (925 standard), copenhagen, circa 1945-77, makers mark georg jensen, numbered 296a.
