Finely crafted pair of side tables designed by Severin Hansen for Haslev Møbelsnedkeri in Denmark, 1960. Known for his precise joinery and elegant proportions, Hansen’s work epitomizes the understated sophistication of Danish modern design.
Each table is made of beautifully figured rosewood, displaying an exceptional mirrored grain pattern across the tops. The characteristic mitered corner joints and slender, tapering legs demonstrate Hansen’s meticulous attention to detail and the superior craftsmanship of Haslev. Both tables retain their original manufacturer’s stickers underneath.
Versatile in use, the pair works equally well as side or bedside tables, bringing warmth and refinement to any interior.
The tables are in excellent condition; refinished with a high quality UV and water protective lacquer with preservation of authenticity. This piece has an attribution mark,
