The decor is … Read more Rare lidded art deco box with handpainted decor of a sitting woman with flowers in her hand. The decor is partly gilded. The box is included in gunnar nylund's flambé series. He designed the models and other artists designed the decor. In this case the decor is made by carl-harry stålhane, one of the most renowned representatives of swedish ceramics. The decor is probably uniqe.

the box is marked to the base "flambé rörstrand alp lidköping sweden". Alp stands for ab lidköpings porslinsfabrik. Alp merged with rörstrand in 1932. This piece has an attribution mark,
