"Mezzo Oracolo" floor lamp, designed by Gae Aulenti for Artemide, made in Italy circa 1970.
The model features a cylindrical base in brown-painted iron and a large-diameter spherical opaline glass diffuser. The metal base features a perforated perimeter band in the center and vertical openings along the upper edge, design details that define the aesthetic of the piece and promote proper ventilation of the light fixture.
The light source is housed within the opaline glass diffuser. The lamp comes complete with a power cord with plug and the original switch on the cord, visible in the images.
Condition: Good overall condition, with normal signs of aging consistent with the age of the item. The lamp is in working order.
