It features exquisite relief detailing of intricate music playing cherubs and serpents on the base.
It has hole in the top of the lid for the wick and a removable lid that sits recessed into the base.
The piece is in the form of a lidded mug and has acquired a stunning patina from age.
It measures 4 1/2 inches tall by 4 1/2 inches wide.
