Manufactured in Binghamton, New York, by the Agfa-Ansco Corporation between 1932 and 1941, this camera is a quintessential example of Art Deco design. It features a striking geometric faceplate and a simplified, "point-and-shoot" box construction that was revolutionary for its time, allowing everyday people to capture memories without needing technical expertise.
What makes the Shur-Shot particularly special is its "dual-format" capability; inside, it features clever hinged metal "wings" that allow the user to switch between full-size and half-size exposures on 120 roll film. With its elegant black leatherette finish and chrome-accented viewfinders, this camera is as much a piece of sculpture as it is a photographic tool. It is an ideal find for collectors of vintage technology or designers looking for an authentic mid-century shelf accent.

It is in great vintage condition. (marks, wear and patina consistent with its age and history, Please check all pictures for more details). For display only. Mechanical functionality is not tested or guaranteed.
