This is a striking midcentury Danish modern teak side table by by Vejle Stole & Møbelfabrik, crafted in Denmark. The table measures 31.5” wide, 23.5” deep, and 20” tall. It can be used as an end table, bedside table, or smaller coffee table.
The teak accent table has a rectangular top with softly rounded edges that appears to “float” on a square pedestal style base with rounded corners. Stamped by the maker Vejle Stole Mobelfabrik (initial VSM), and the country of origin is Denmark.
The circa 1980s table is in excellent vintage condition. The table is solid and stable. The wood is beautifully grained and richly colored with no fading. Minor scratches and wear, as pictured. Top can be separated from base for transport if needed.
