The intricate design on the doors is inspired by the coffered wood ceilings found in the historic Havelis (mansions) of Rajasthan. Just as those ceilings were designed to draw the eye upward in awe, this sideboard draws the eye in with its rhythmic, meditative pattern. Crafted from solid reclaimed teak, this 80-inch sideboard features four substantial doors arranged in a classic "coffered" grid. Inside each square frame sits a hand-carved Lotus Flower in full bloom—a timeless symbol of purity and rebirth in Eastern tradition. The wood has been left in a natural, washed finish, highlighting the grain and giving the piece a modern, organic warmth that fits as easily in a coastal home as it does in a bohemian loft.

This carved sideboard is the perfect buffet.
