This refined piece features a beautifully veined original black Belgian marble top resting on a finely carved walnut and veneered base with classic cabriole legs, floral rocaille carving, and a single dovetailed drawer with original bronze handles.
Such marble-top tables were produced for high-end Parisian and Belgian interiors during the Belle Époque and interwar period, combining the elegance of 18th century French design with the solid craftsmanship of the early 20th century.
