This colourful limited edition print by American artist Wooster Scott is a real eye-catcher on the wall.
Overall dimensions (including frame): height 94 cm, width 92 cm, depth 3 cm.
The scene is a lively “sea fantasy”: a reef landscape filled with coral formations and sea plants, featuring a pod of orcas, brightly coloured fish, an octopus and a mermaid that adds a whimsical, fairy-tale touch. The background shifts from warm yellow to green-blue, giving the composition depth and making it a strong statement piece in an interior.
The work is presented in a wooden frame with a mat, behind acrylic glass. Signed and numbered in pencil, edition 95/300. On the reverse, the title is also noted in Japanese: “Neptune Fantasy”.
Condition: the print itself is in good condition. The mat and frame show normal age- and use-related wear consistent with its age and previous hanging (including light edge wear to the frame).
