Very rare and INCREDIBLY beautiful bowl by Haakon Darger Denmark 1960s-70s.
Haakon (Håkon) Øjvind Darger, ceramist and painter, (1908-1984), known for his decorations for town halls and schools, among other things.
It was extremely rare for him to make ‘ordinary’ smaller ceramics, such as vases, bowls, etc., so this one is extremely rare.
It is 9 cm high, 25 cm in diameter and weighs approx. 850 grams.
Signed Darger-Denmark on the bottom.
This piece has an attribution mark,
