The wood has been finished with a lustrous French polish. 1 dovetailed drawer and two doors in the bottom with their finely bronze hardware detail, and a drop front leaf featuring a writing surface covered with a finely gilt embossed green leather top. The interior also offers 7 drawers. The piece has the original gilt bronze trim and hardware; the legs are capped with bronze feet toe caps.
