This is a pair of elegant vintage english flame mahogany satin wood banded corner display cabinets, bought at great expense from harrods and dating from the second half of the 20th century. They feature astragal glazed doors, pale blue silk fitted interiors with three glazed shelves over a cupboard door. The cabinets are raised on bracket feet and are fitted with lights which switch on when you open the doors\. This is a truly fantastic example of the vintage master craftsmanship at work. With working locks and keys.
the botanical name for the mahogany this item is made of is swietenia macrophylla and this type of mahogany is not subject to cites regulation.
