Striking flow blue architectural transferware plate featuring a finely rendered view of one of Washington, D.C.’s grand civic landmarks, bordered with a rippled edge and intricate cobalt classical design. This plate was produced by Royal Doulton for The Congressional and imported by The George M. Bowen Co., Silver Spring, Maryland.
