This antique piece captivates with its harmonious proportions, the richness of its veneers, and the quality of its gilt bronze ornamentation.


The front features four curved drawers perfectly integrated into the commode's curve, highlighted by finely molded bronze handles. The uprights are adorned with bronze mounts featuring foliate motifs and mascarons, typical of the Louis XV decorative repertoire.


The shaped top is veneered, framed by a marquetry border, and rests on cabriole legs ending in bronze sabots.
