The watercolor is signed … Read more We are selling this pretty Watercolor landscape painting of what appears to be a European city. The watercolor is signed lower right F.F. English. Surprisingly, English was not English, but was in fact American. Frank F. English (1854-1922) was born in Louisville Kentucky and studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of the fine Arts. The early 20th century watercolor is probably of an English or French scene.

Condition: Frame has some damages and losses and glass in frame could use a cleaning or a re-framing. Watercolor is in good condition.
