This refined piece was produced in the early 1900s in France and designed by Michael Thonet’s mastery in bentwood craftsmanship. Fully original and in fabulous condition. The coat rack is made of richly stained walnut with a warm, deep tone and harmonious proportions. It features three upper tapered hooks with spherical finials and three lower hooks. A unique and highly decorative piece, perfect to elevate a Liberty or Art Nouveau interior, a refined country house, or to add warmth and character to a Mid-Century or eclectic project.
