A lovely antique circa 1942 silver plated bread or pastry serving basket from The Copley Plaza Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts! In great condition, no dents or damage, but there are lots of fine surface marks, pin points of wear & discoloration, and signs of use you would expect from old hotel silver that was used daily. Marked on the top ends with the Plaza’s iconic double P logo, and on the base with “The Copley Plaza”
measures approximately 11 inches long by 6.5 inches wide at the widest point by 1.75 inches deep.
