The medallion is filled with repeated boteh-like motifs arranged in orderly rows, framed by stepped outlines in muted blue, rust, ivory, and brown. Surrounding the center, stylized flowers, angular leaves, branching forms, and small geometric devices create a lively village-woven character. Accents of soft blue, rust, olive, taupe, and dark brown provide contrast while maintaining an earthy and balanced palette. Multiple borders frame the field with repeating floral and geometric motifs, adding structure and visual depth to the composition. Characteristic of Malayer weaving, the rug combines strong tribal geometry with stylized botanical ornament and carefully organized repetition. Its versatile scale makes it well suited to traditional, transitional, eclectic, or layered interiors.
