Up for sale is an original antique 19th century Florence Claxton engraving titled Christmas in Leap Year.
It's done with an exquisite stylized approach and sectioned in several different elaborate figural scenes.
The piece is printed on paper and signed/titled in the plate on the bottom edge.
It is set in a faux marcasite stone/gold gilded wooden frame, matted, and under glass.
In great condition and measures 21 1/2 inches by 17 1/2 inches framed.
The image alone measures 13 1/4 inches by 9 3/4 inches.
