We especially love the added detail of these 4 bowls. Each has the swirling handle that is so very mid century in design! Set of 4 small bowls, Fabulous plaid pattern in a black and white, by Royal China made in USA, in the pattern called Tweed. The black may appear to be a deep, deep chocolate brown in certain lighting. This pattern, although 70 years old, plays very well in a modern decor. In the photos we mixed it with a chinoiserie pattern, and it was gorgeous.
We have several pieces from this set that include dessert bowls, bread plates , platter and soup bowls . These are listed separately.
Measures 6 1/2 in diameter by 1 1/2 inches deep
very nice condition. No chips, no breaks. Minor crazing on the underside.
