Tom McCobb began focusing on his watercolor painting in the early 1980s in Connecticut and continued to paint with success after moving to New York where he became a member of the Cazenovia Watercolor Society and started teaching at workshops. McCobb has exhibited with success throughout New York, including at the Adirondacks National Exhibition of American Watercolors. See less
