Early Hermès advertisements from the Art Deco period were in black and white print so to discover this image in color is a true find! And, it is in pristine condition. This print is original to 1928. It was the inside cover page from a French periodical about lifestyles of the Riviera that had limited circulation. This is NOT a recent reproduction print! Advertisement prints from the 1920s have become increasingly more difficult to find with the passage of time. This image of an elegant couple in evening dress and surrounded by Hermès iconic luxury accesssories is classic Hermès!
