Item: Antique Cherry Chest of Drawers.
Age & Condition: Circa 1840. Refinished. Good, signs of age inside the drawers.
Dimensions: 41″ wide x 21.5″ deep x 40.5″ tall.
Nice antique Cherry chest of drawers, made in the 19th century. This nice cherry wood dresser has a nice design and has good storage.
Antique Cherry Chest of Drawers
This nice antique cherry chest of drawers features two over three drawers. Of course, the chest also has a nice Ogee bracket foot. Additionally, it has a pretty fluted column on either side. Finally, it has brass hardware and escutcheons.
Certainly, this nice antique cherry chest has a nice look and would be lovely as an accent chest. The cherry wood, although refinished, still has a nice patina and a warm rich feel.
Although the brass hardware may not be original to the chest, it gives a great look and a bit of shine to the chest.
The dresser does show some age, especially inside the drawers. Please see photos.
