Filikli (‘filik’ is the word for a baby goat) are the most basic rustic rugs from Central Anatolia of Turkey. They are used in daily life as rugs on the floor, prayer mats, and covers on the divans of Anatolian dwellings. Filikli rugs are simple in structure made with high quality wool angora. This extra large decorative pillow was made from a section of a vintage rug from the mid to late 20th century. It comes with an insert. The back is a dark grey cotton duck material with a hidden zipper closure. Use it on a bed, sofa, daybed, or as a floor cushion. Definitely a show stopper!
