Up for sale is a wonderful pair of antique 19th century pewter salt and pepper shakers.
They are beautifully engraved by hand on the belly of each and have acquired a lovely patina from age.
The set is nicely footed and marked Beirne Bros in the bottom.
Each measures 5 1/2 inches tall by 2 3/4 inches wide.
There is a small loss to the bottom/side of the foot and a crack to one base as shown in last photos.
