Untitled by Enzo Cacciola for Edition Panderma, Basel, 1966This serigraph, titled Untitled, is a work by Enzo Cacciola. Produced in 1966 by Edition Panderma, Basel, this piece is part of Edition of 230.Enzo Cacciola (b. 1945, Arenzano) is a key representative of "Pittura Analitica" (Analytical Painting), an Italian movement of the 1970s that sought to deconstruct the components of painting (canvas, frame, color, material). Cacciola is known for his use of industrial materials like cement and asbestos (in early works) and his "multigum" surfaces, focusing on the tension and physical properties of the painting surface itself. His work avoids representation to focus solely on the "grammar" of painting.Condition:
