She is best known for her large-scale metal sculptures that explore spatial modulation and kinetic potential. Beck's work often involves interlocking geometric forms that suggest movement or dance. In her graphic work, she translated these sculptural concerns into two dimensions, using overlapping planes and dynamic lines.
