Each plate features a central “Red Vase” motif accompanied by precious objects and floral elements. The design is rooted in Chinese export porcelain but reworked into a balanced European composition. The pink diaper border adds a distinctly English decorative character.

Made for decorative display, these plates were intended for cabinets or interiors rather than everyday table use. Factory numbers and differing decorator’s or control marks are present on the reverse, consistent with established Minton workshop practice.

Condition
Good antique condition. There is wear to the gilding and painted decoration consistent with age and use. No cracks or restorations observed.
