Crafted from brass, the caddy features classical lion head ring handles, a traditional decorative motif symbolizing guardianship and prestige. The cylindrical body is hand-engraved with scrolling foliate and cartouche motifs, likely intended to frame an original owner’s monogram. The piece is topped with a domed lid and turned finial, a form commonly used to protect tea leaves from light and moisture. Measures approximately 7.5” tall (including lid), 5.75” wide and deep.

In good antique condition. Surface wear, scratches, and patina consistent with age and use. Interior shows expected wear from tea storage.
